Tony "Spaghetti" Eustace
Hello Friends,
I have decided to try something new. I have come across a couple of interesting murders recently that there isn’t a lot of information to make a full episode. So I decided to do a mini-episode just to see how it goes and it’s sometimes that I can do between episodes. This one I came across and due to the victim’s nickname I just really wanted to do this one. I know that’s strange but if you google Tony Spaghetti you get a lot of spaghetti restaurants and unrelated things. I have searched the internet for days about this specific Tony Spaghetti and found very little information on it. I am assuming there isn’t a lot due to this being a Drug Syndicate thing where most things are kind of Hush Hush. I did come across a lot of other interesting things while doing this one and may do some more related to this one.
Anyways here is the murder of Anthony “Spaghetti” Eustace.
If you just want to watch the minisode I made it on TikTok but I put it on YouTube as well. If you want to. just watch it and not read anything I wrote below.
Anthony Eustace aka Tony Spaghetti was an English-born drug dealer. Originally from Liverpool, he moved to Australia in the mid-1970s. It was reported that he was an associate of Terry Clark and other members of the Mr. Asia Drug Syndicate. He also ran Tony’s Bar and Grill in Double Bay. Eustace had been suspect in the murders of a 25-year-old model and drug courier; Maria Hisshion who was killed on December 24, 1975, and another 29-year-old drug courier Catherine Dale Payne who was killed on May 10, 1978.
On April 23rd, 1985, Eustace was shot six times outside the Airport Hilton in North Arncliffe. He was found by two kids on their way home from sports training at around 7 pm lying beside his gold Mercedes and bleeding profusely. He was rushed to the hospital. When Police attempted to speak to him to see if he knew who shot him, He told them to "fuck off" and died shortly after this which was five hours after being shot.
His killer was thought to be Chris Flannery aka Mr. Rent-a-Kill on the order of George Freeman. Prior to his death, Eustace became an associate of Flannery and had been reported to be a heroin supplier to Neddy Smith. The only real information I could find as to why Tony was murder was due to his involvement with Stan ‘The Man” Smith. Telephone taps revealed that he had been involved in a conspiracy with Smith to help another drug dealer, Andrew Stathis, out of legal trouble. He had charges against him of conspiracy to import $8.5 Million worth of cannabis. Flannery disappeared shortly after Eustace’s murder and police stated that they believed he had been responsible for up to a dozen murders.

I made spaghetti for this episode you know for obvious reasons. I will go over what I did for this one but It’s a. fairly simple thing to make. If you can’t make Spaghetti I can’t help you, my friend.
Traditional Spagehtti
Ingredients:
Spaghetti noodles
Spaghetti Sauce of your choice. I used Great Value Traditional Sauce for this one.
Frozen Garlic Bread
Spices were Garlic powder and Italian Seasoning to jazz up the sauce
Any. Cheese of your choosing
Any Meat or Veggie you may want to add to it.
Steps:
Turn on your favorite Stove Eye on medium-high heat and put water in a pot to boil. Make sure you salt the water.
While the Water boils Preheat the oven for Garlic Bread and get it out of the freezer and put it on a baking sheet. If you want to add extra butter or seasoning you can do that now. I added some butter and garlic powder to mine.
Once the water is boiling put in the noodles to cook for however long it says on the box usually 8-10 mins. I broke mine in half since I was making it for my kid. Go ahead and put the Garlic bread in at this time cause it takes about the same amount of time or less.
I always toss a noddle at the wall to make sure it’s done before I drain the pasta.
Pour in the Desired amount of Sauce in the pot with the noodles. I usually do half a jar so it’s not overkill of sauce.
I added so Garlic powder and Italian seasoning to my sauce to give it a little extra something. Then I let it all simmer for a few minutes.
Serve with a side of Garlic Bread and top with whatever cheese you prefer.
Enjoy!
