July Ipsy Glam Bag
Hello!
Here is my review of the July Ipsy Glam Bag.
This months theme was Overeasy. It's a laid-back, super chilled, and lazy Sunday created the bag.
Let's talk about this Bag. It's really freaking adorable with Gudetama the sleepy egg. The bag really does give that I wanna look cute but I also want to lay here and nap feel. They nailed it for the theme. It's a tiny bag as most of them are. I like to use mine for random things, mainly to separate makeup.
Winky Lux Double Matte Whip in Angel Food.
It's not a brand I've ever heard of. Sadly I'm not impressed. It's not matte to me it's just really greasy. I've tried to let it dry, to put on less, and even to put on more. Its just not working for me. If anyone else can make it work, I'd love to hear about it.
Mongongo Lip Conditioner by Jersey Shore Cosmetics.
This is the 2nd time I've gotten a lip balm from this brand. They are ok, just not my thing. They are like a basic chapstick, which is found to have around just in case. It's got a heavy smell over oranges which I'm not a fan of the fake orange smell anyways. The taste isn't bad just kinda weird. It's not really a brand I would purchase at this point since I'm not too crazy about the products I have tried.
Ofra eyeshadow in Gold Rush.
Another Brand I've not heard of and honestly when I first saw it I was upset thinking it was another damn copper eyeshadow. It's actually a nice gold color that you can use a little to get the point across. After the copper haze, I was happy with the slight change even though it basically in the same class of colors. I will be looking into this brand some more to see what else it has to offer.
Wonderland by Ciate.
I adore Ciate, everything I've tried from them is perfect. So I was excited about this eyeliner. It's got the liner on one end and the brush on the other, which together helps you get your smokey eye just right. This is definitely one that it handles to keep in your makeup bag.
Healthy Glow Rose Gold Blush by Lychee + Gold
Finally another brand I've not heard of and I keep getting these same colored blushes. I rather like this one so I can't really be made at. It gives you that nice glow. I like to use it after I've completely contoured and dusted on some powder to set it. I'm so pale that it works really nicely with my complexion. I'm going to be looking into what else they got.
Complete Overview of this Glam bag. I was all too happy with it. Mainly due to the fact I keep getting the same shit every month and it's starting to get old. However, that's on Ipsy and not on the actual brand so much.
I've already seen August bag since they will give you previews before you get it. Based on that I'm excited about it.
