March Sephora Play!
Hiya!
Here we are to finish up my subscription week with my Sephora Play! Box. I wanted to bust these out in a row but work has murdered me this week. Honestly, I'm just tired.
So here we go with the March Play box!
They went full on spring with this month's theme of Beauty in Bloom. The garden Tea party is a nice touch.
Same ole plastic bag different phrase.
Drybar Triple Sec 3-in-1. This is a weird combination of hairspray and dry shampoo. If your hair is a little flat and dirty this stuff is great to just give it a little lift. Even though it's designed much like a dry shampoo it doesn't work the same as once. I don't recommend using it if your hair is super gross cause it won't be effective. This works better to help give you more of a blowout feel. I like it but my hairs so long I had to use about all of the can.
This comes in 2 sizes a 1.27oz for $13 and 4.2 oz for $26 which also comes in 2 scents.
Amika Perk Up Dry Shampoo. I have gotten this stuff in boxes twice already in the past year. Now if you need a good dry shampoo this stuff is a good time, so I can't complain cause I always like having one around. It's a simple effective spray that does leave your hair cleaner and not weighted down. You can use it for like 2 days but any more than that it just doesn't work as effectively. I would buy this one again.
This comes in 2 sizes a mini 1oz for $10 and 5.3oz for $25.
NARS Bronzing Powder in Laguna. This one the product in the box I was most excited about. I love NARS and bronzing powder. This is a really great formula that can be used lightly or layered on. I have been using it to contour with since I got it and I love it. I would definitely buy this one again.
Full size of this is $40 and comes in 2 shades, This lighter one and a darker one.
Sephora LashCraft Big Volume Mascara. I have gotten this one before. This mascara is amazing. It goes on easy and gives you a pretty instant volume. The only issue I have with it is that when I take the spoolie out it brings a lot of the mascara with it. So I find myself having to scrap the excess off before using it or I just get it everywhere. That's the only issue with it. I would still buy a full size.
Full size is $14.
Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 40. This is actually the 2nd time I have gotten sunscreen in one of these boxes. I don't get it but I do. Healthy skin is an important part of beauty. Honestly, I barely leave the house these days where I work from home so I haven't been able to test it fully. The formula is super light and creamy so it goes on smooth and almost unnoticeable. I used it as a primer and it works pretty well for it. I wouldn't buy this again since it's not really something that I need right now.
A 1.7oz is $32.
Versace Bright Crystal. I have tried this one before and it’s lovely. It’s a light floral scent with fruity hints that is pleasing to your sense of smell. I’m rather fond of it. It actually in the running for a perfume that I want to invest in since perfumes are so expensive.
This one comes in a bunch of different sizes. A mini 0.33 oz for $30, 1oz for $57, 1.0oz for $75, and a 3oz for $95.
I was kind of disappointed by this box but not really. Mainly cause this is stuff that I have tried before or didn't really have any interest in. Don't get me wrong I do enjoy these products I was just bummed I didn't get anything new to me. Here are hopes that next month will be better.
If you want to sign up for Sephora Play! it's $10 and some change a month and I have put a link below.
Do you get a Play! box? if so what did you get? tell me stuff.
