Things I watched 3/20

Hello!

It's been a hectic week and honestly, I have been physically and mentally drained. I'm finally getting that worked out after my tonsils took me out last week. Especially with the way the world is going, it's draining on your soul seeing how people are acting these days.

So if you are in the house and are looking for something to watch I am going to suggest these.

I came across this on Netflix and decided it looked good. This one is a story of one women's journey of finding out what exactly happened to her daughter. The girl goes missing at the beginning of the movie and is at first grouped in with a bunch of other missing or murder girls. Then without notice, the police say she isn't apart of this. You will get caught up in this one. Also, the mother is played by Holly from the Office in it so I just kept thinking these are her and Michael Scott's girls.

I just turned this one on at random on Hulu. This movie is from 2017. Honestly, this movie is kind of a shit show. It follows one guy's journey after he finds out his ex-girlfriend who he dated for 8 years and broke up with under a  year ago is getting married. The guy gets lost in a downward spiral and is honestly a  mess. I found myself screaming at him to stop. It's so much you don't' want to stop watching.

Another one that popped up on my Hulu recommendations. This movie is from 2018 and it has murder in the title so I turned it on. Plus I have a thing for Adam Pally. This move is a  damn good time. You think you know what's up then it's a huge plot twist. It's a dark comedy and I dug the shit out of it.  I would watch it again.

So since I got the trial of Showtime to watch Kidding I decided to finally watch this. If you have watched WWE or MMA then you know the voice of Mauro Ranallo. He is insanely good at what he does. Honestly, he is just a  joy to listen to. He is a big mental health advocate which stems from his bipolar affective disorder. This documentary is all about his life and struggles with it. This is a great watch and is really eye-opening if you don't know much about the disorder.  Go watch it and appreciate Mauro for the beautiful human being he is.

I saw this one and turned it on cause I love Octavia Spencer. Plus I really want to learn more about Madam C.J. Walker. This is a limited series about how she got started and everything. It was really amazing to watch cause I never knew a lot of this stuff. It's got a great cast if familiar face. Go watch it and get inspired.
