KVD Beauty Vegan Love Eyeshadow Palette

Hello,

I have been using this palette for a good while and have yet to review it. Actually, this palette just went out of stock with Sephora last week when I started looking through my photos and orders to start this post. Currently, I can’t find it in stock anywhere online. It could still be available in local stores, but I don’t care I loved this one so I’m going to still review it.

This is the KVD Vegan Palette.

Here we have the packaging which is the black matte with the tattoo-like Vegan written on a banner across a heart on it. It’s perfect cause the name of the palette is Vegan Love. This is the same design as the actual palette, which I always like.

Here is the back of the palette which states just cause it’s Vegan doens’t mean it’s not high-performance makeup. Also, 20% of the proceeds from this palette went to Mercy for Animals.

Here is the inside of the palette. I love the heart-shaped mirror. The colors arranged at the bottom in an appealing way with the matte black background. The sticker next to the mirror says it’s best applied with finger which is true.

Here is an up close look at the shades in the palette.

Here are the swatches on my arm. Remember I’m super pale so they may read differently on me than they would you. Next, I’m gonna break down these brilliant shades. Which all of them are named appropriately for this palette.

Compassion- Shimmery Golden packed with fine gold glitter. It looks like a dull gold in the palette but goes on pretty bright. It is a little on the light side so it could even work as a highlighter.

Activist- Super Bright Yellow shimmer with fine gold glitter in it. Which if you blend this one is it packs some shine and may also work as a highlight.

Sentient- Rosey Burnt Orange shimmer with fine silver glitter in it.

Species- Chocolate Brown Shimmer with fine gold glitter.

Earthling- Bright Grass Green Shimmer with some silver undertones to it. This may be my favorite shade in the palette.

Sanctuary- Bright Cobalt Blue shimmer with some silver undertones to it.

Liberation- Black Shimmer with fine gold glitter.

Empathy- Violet purple with pinkish-red undertones and fine blue glitter.

Mercy- Blood Red Matte with fine silver glitter in it.

Equality- Intense White Gold Shimmer. This one could also work as a highlight as well.

I really love these colors and the formula is super creamy, blendable, buildable, and overall easy to work with so you can create whatever fun look you want. As the sticker suggests it’s best when applied with fingers when you really want to pack it on. Also, I haven’t had any issues with using brushes and there isn’t a whole lot of fall out.

Here are a couple of looks I created with this one.

I really dig this one. There are so many different looks you can create with it. As you can see you can mix colors together or just wear one shade then add some eyeliner to create a simple but bright look. For the last one, I used the red and blue shades as a liner. I hope they bring this one back or at least something similar to it.

As I stated at the beginning of the post this one is sold out everywhere online but definitely be on the lookout for it in Sephora or Ulta stores since they both carry this brand now.

I haven’t really been buying a lot of palettes recently cause I’ve been so down and unfocused. I had so much stuff here that I needed to get out of the way before investing in anything else. If you have any suggestions though send them my way.
