Ipsy June 2021
Hello!
Here is my review on this month’s Ipsy bag. It just got here last week so it was another rush job. I think i’m use to it at this point.
Let’s jump into it.
This month’s theme is Do You. Which I appreciate cause it’s something we should all do. We worry about other people too much. it’s exhausting.
The bag is really cute. I like the look of it being covered in stickers. Also the zipper is a rainbow fade.
Here’s a list of everything in the bag.
F.A.R.A.H Contour & Blend Brush. I have gotten a brush from this brand before with no issues. I really like this one. The angled side works well to contour and blend where you need. The fluffy side is good to highlight and also works to lightly blend out areas. This one is super soft and I really like it. I would buy one of their brushes again.
This brush is $18.
TONYMOLY Watermelon Dew All Over Serum. I have tried several things from this brand and it’s been a hit or miss. This is a light almost gel-like serum. It smells strongly of Watermelon which I really like. I have used this one by itself morning and night. It left me feeling a little overly greasy after a few hours. I like it a lot better when I mixed it with a cream moisturizer. I like it enough to finish out the tube but I don’t think I would buy it again.
A 120ml tube is $15.
IBY Beauty Carry On 2 Face Palette Highlighter in Wanderlust. I like this brand and everything I’ve tried from them I’ve liked it. This is a creamy highlighter that I have been using the past few days. It’s a Rosey silver shade with gold tones to it. The product goes on me really well without any issue. It’s blendable and buildable. I really like this one and would buy it again.
This one is $8.
Pretty Vulgar Undercover Concealer in 60. This was my monthly pick. I chose it since I love the name of the brand but haven’t tried anything from it. Also, I’m always trying to find a good concealer. This one is a light concealer that was easy to apply and blend in. I have used this one alone and with my normal foundation and powder without any issues. I like it but I don’t feel like it gives me complete coverage without using a bunch of it. Which it may just be me and my weird skin. I will be trying it again just not sure if I would buy it again.
This one is $24 and comes in 8 shades.
TANAIS Lip Oil in Plumperia Petal. I have never heard of this brand and from the search, I did it’s mainly a jewelry brand. This is a lip oil that is way better than any gloss, cause it’s not sticky. It’s light, moisturizing, and doens’t dry out my lips. This one has a slight tint that’s just a shade darker than my actual lip shade so that it works well if I’m going for a simple look. I have actually kept this one on my desk to use. I really like it and would buy it again.
This one is $15. Actually, this is the only lip oil they have.

I really liked this bag. That’s it. I have nothing else to say.
If you get Ipsy and want to it’s $12 a month.
