Things I've watched in June 2022

Here is a review of things I watched in June.

I watch this one because I spent a lot of my early Internet days looking up Angelyne who is just a cultural icon. This was actually a good time I like the way that they went with it. They got really in-depth from all aspects of her life I really enjoyed this one.

Of course, I watch this one because why not. It has John Cameron Mitchell and Kate McKinnon who play the roles amazingly. They were the perfect people for this. Actually, everyone in this series was well cast. This one is all kinds of chaos and it’s all over the place but it’s a good time.

I watch this because I like true crime documentaries. I got five minutes into this one and was screaming at it. This Cult is the reason I hate religion for the most part. The whole thing is insane and I wanted to beat my head into the wall watching it. These poor babies and their families had to go through this. It blows my mind how people join these things. There’s literally one part in it where they’re talking to a member and says “Well when you’re gonna let your daughter Marry?” to which they replied “when she’s 18, not a day before” to which the cult leaders’ response to this was they excommunicated that man. They kicked him out of it so that they could marry his underage daughter. If that doesn’t make you mad and you need to reevaluate your life. Seriously, if you want to be mad go watch this one.

I watch this one purely for Allison Janney. This one is it’s a good time about a wife who is just getting to the shit end of life and takes it into her own hand. Honestly, it’s one of those good for her movies and It’s a good time. Watch this one I found it on Amazon.

Another one is on Amazon. I watched this one because I’ve seen the rest of them. Bill and Ted are a staple for anyone who was born in the 80s. And I hadn’t watched this one yet and it had a lot of bad reviews. It’s not a bad time. I like the adventure they go on and I think it’s a good ending to their story.

I watch this one purely on the previews that Netflix started playing. And I knew it was gonna be an absolute shit show. Which it was and I thoroughly enjoyed this one. I hated everybody in the first episode as it goes along you start liking them. I watched it all one day and by the end of it, I liked these people except for one person. If you watch it you’re going to know exactly who that one person is.
