UDxGOT Vice Lipstick
Hiya,
Every makeup collection needs lipstick and if you read this blog or know me then you know I love lipstick. So I was super excited when they announced these 4. I did panicked cause I was only able to get 3 at first and then the Dany one came back in stock so I snatched it up.
Let's break down these shade and their inspirations.
Starting with the True Queen of the North, Sansa Stark. She is the eldest of the Stark girls and has been through some bad shit. It only made her stronger and that much more of a badass. The box for this one is Stark colors with the Direwolf symbol.
You get the summary and inspiration on the side.
They put the name with the house logo on the top and when you open it you see the map of the Westeros.
The lipstick itself comes in this lightweight tube as usual UD lipsticks do. The lid has the same design as the box with the Stark symbol.
This shade is a glossy peachy pink that makes for a stunning nude. I questioned it at first thinking this ain't gonna work but it does. It just enough to show you have lipstick on but isn't super dark to dominate the complete look.
White Walker, named after what for the longest time was the biggest threat in the 7 kingdoms. The box design for this is that icy dead of the white walkers and it's perfect for it.
The side you get the summary of the shade. Also, Lipstick is always the best weapon.
You get the simple name in the white walker colors, then the inside is the map of Westeros.
The tube has the same design as the box just metallic and that icy white walker blue.
This shade was named appropriately cause it is a deadly dark almost black cherry. Seriously I feel dangerous wearing it and I love it.
Cersei Lannister, the Queen bitch we all love to hate. Damn if she doesn't always find a way to get what she wants sometimes. The box for this is Lannister's gold with lion symbols.
You get the summary of the lipstick on the side.
You see the name and Lannister Lion on the top then when you open it this one also has the Westeros map.
The tube has the same design and it actually matches the lipstick shade when you compare them side by side.
This shade is actually quite stunning. It's this golden copper bronze shade that really is a statement color. I really dig it.
Daenerys of the House Targaryen, the First of Her Name, The Unburnt, Queen of the Andals, the Rhoynar and the First Men, Queen of Meereen, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Protector of the Realm, Lady Regent of the Seven Kingdoms, Breaker of Chains and Mother of Dragons. They carried the same box design as the Dracarys stain and it's perfect for the Targaryen house so why change it.
The side you get the summary again just like all the others.
You get the name and the 3 headed dragons on the top then you open it to see the map again. It's carried through all of them and I'm honestly not sure if it's a map of their home locations or not.
The lipstick tube matches the box and it's lovely.
This shade is a metallic red that has a lot of pink tones to it. The color gives you that nice red lip with a shine to it and I love it. I have been able to wear it as a red lip but also pair it with some pink makeup and it works amazing.
I really love these shades and they look so well on me personally so that's a huge plus. I hate to invest in a collection and not being able to wear it cause it looks awful. They chose great colors and characters to name them after. I thought it was weird they didn't name on after Arya then I realized how stupid that would have been since that's not her thing. I adore these Vice Lipstick and Urban Decay did wonderful with them.
These are currently sold out online but you may be able to find them in a Sephora or Ulta store.
