August Allure Beauty Box

We are at the end of the month and finishing up my subscription reviews.
Here is the little book you get with each box. This one had only the products that were included in the box. I thought it was too much to put them all so I decided to not too.
This month they included a highlighter yellow transparent bag.
Erno Laszlo Multi-Task Eye Serum Mask. I don't eve by these kinds of eye mask unless I get them in boxes. I don't know why cause I rather enjoy them. These were the last thing I tested since I kept forgetting about them. I put these on and had no issues meaning they didn't fall off or anything weird. They are cold while I had them on which was almost a numbing effect. It wasn't bad and I left them on for 15 min. I took them off and my under eyes instantly started to warm. I didn't really see any difference as before and after expect my eyebags appeared worst. They were darker than normal somehow. Honestly, I don't care for them and won't be buying them again. Especially since there are cheaper alternatives.

Laritzy Liquid Beam in Topaz. This one is a liquid highlighter which honestly I tend to stay away from cause they always rebel again my makeup. This one is simple I can take it and put it on the back of my hand before applying so it doesn't smudge my foundation. It a slight glow just to add that little pop without being overkill. It does have a lot of glitter in it to make it shine bright. I like it but I wouldn't buy it again since I prefer powder highlighters.

Nuria Defend Triple Action Eye Cream. I always appreciate a good eye cream the older I get. This one has a rounded applicator to apply it to your undereye. I have been used it to put it on them patting it in with my finger. It does slightly burn a little but only has I have used a toner. I think it's the minty part of the cream, that makes it burn. It does make my skin softer. I have been using it before bed without any issue. I would use it again.

Cargo Cosmetics Essential Lip Color. This is a brand I've not heard of plus it's a lipstick so I was excited to try it. This is a super dark berry wine shade that looks amazing on my pale skin. It goes on smooth whether you put it on straight or use a brush. It doesn't dry out my lips and last for hours. I really dig this one and would buy it again.

Benefit They're Real Mascara. This is one of my favorite mascaras. Actually, I love all of Benefits mascaras. They have this wonderful spoolie that allows you to apply with easy and has basically no clumping. I can do 2 coats with no issues. This stuff instantly makes my lashes longer. I really dig this stuff and of course will be buying it again.
This one is $25 for a full size and comes in 3 colors.
Primera Alpine Berry Water Cream. This is another brand I've not heard of and I do appreciate any type of face creams. I have used this at night before bed and in the morning for the day. You don't have to use a lot to cover your face. After I have had it on a while my nose is a little greasy but not bad. It does leave my skin soft and hydrated. I really like it and would buy it again.
A jar of this is 1.6oz for $40. I could only find it on Sephora.
Makeup Eraser the Mini in Black. I have never tried this one but I have tried to several of the off brands. I was excited to try this one, I washed this before you as per the instruction. I tried this with a full face of makeup. I wetted it with warm water and it wiped off with ease and a very little scrubbing. I used it for a few days and It didn't work as well as the days went one. I honestly think I may wear too much makeup and clogged it up. I have tried it with some toner or light makeup remover and it works just fine. I do rather like these since its better than using a bunch of wipes. I would buy these again.

I really loved this box. I got products I normally wouldn't buy for the most part. I like being able to try different things. This box was $15 so the amount of products you get in it definitely makes it worth it. As much as I did enjoy it I did cancel it since I have decided to chill on my subscription boxes for a while.
