Things I watched in March 2021
Hello Friends,
I worked doubles for most of March but I did get to watch a couple of things here and there.
I really like the original one so of course, I had to watch this one. I really like how they set it up and made it more modernized. I also appreciated that they also put one of Murphy’s actual daughters in it as his daughter. I enjoyed it. You can watch it on Amazon Prime.
So I forgot I had Apple TV. So while seeing what was on there I came across this and decided to give it a watch. My God this show is so fucking good. This one is about Emily Dickinson but it has a modern twist to it, which I really dig. I highly recommend it and binged both seasons of it.
I watch this purely cause Kristen Davis was in it. This one is slightly on the cheesy side of the nanny seduces one of the parents. Also, there are parts of it that kept me trying to figure out if it really was a daydream or something. Seriously for most of the movie I thought Shanola Hampton's character was a figment of Kristen Davis’s imagination till they go to dinner with their husbands. All in all, it was a pretty decent movie, this one is on Netflix.
I kept seeing this promoted on my Instagram so when I saw it on Netflix I decided to watch it. This one is a movie that follows 2 best friends on the journey to find the girl of one of their dreams. Basically, this is Jackass but with a movie plot, which it’s a Gorilla Films movie so. Honestly, I don’t get how people didn’t recognize Tiffany Haddish and know it was a movie.
I loved this fucking movie, Amy Poehler did this one and it’s perfect! Seriously if you have a young daughter or a child in general make them watch this. It’s full of good life lessons. It’s on Netflix.
I just really like Awkwafina. So I show this on HBO Max and decided to watch it all. It covers the struggles you go through in your 20s perfectly. She is just so good and I loved it.
