Feb Ipsy 2022

Here were are at the end of February, which I always forgets is the shortest month.
This month’s theme was of course a Valentine’s Day theme with Full Hearts, which is what I hope everyone has all the time.
This months bag is also Valentin’s Theme with all these little pale pink hearts on the red background.
We have the list of what’s in the bag again this month.
Peek Beauty Eye will Stay- Naturally Long Wearing Eyeshadow. This is a brand I’ve not heard of or tried before so I was excited. This one came in a tin with a slide top which I really like for the packaging cause it actually closes. This one is in the shade Wednesday, which is a purple shimmer with hints of pink and gold. It’s a creamy shade that’s blendable and buildable. So you can create something a little lighter or pack it on for a smokier look. I really like this one and would buy it again.
These are $18.50 and come in duo sets. They have 3 different variations.
Context Skin Matte Lipstick in “Hide Your Heart”. I have tried this brand before, with no issues. I always appreciate getting lipstick in these bags so it’s a win for me. This one is a lovely dark rosy nude that works well on my skin tone. It’s super creamy and applies with ease. It also lasts a good while, I wore it to lunch one day and it barely wore off. This one has a curved tip to conform to your lip making it easy to outline and contour them to your desired shape. I really love this one and would buy it again.
This one was $20 and comes in 10 different shades.
Tresluce Beauty Intense Liner in Royal. This is another brand I’ve not tried before. I always appreciate eyeliner especially brightly colored ones. This one is a bright blue named Royal. It applies super smooth and doesn’t rebel against any eyeshadow I’ve used with it. I’ve been able to use it in my waterline and as a liner. I really like this one and would buy it again.
This one comes in 15 shades for $12 unless you sign up for a subscription it’s $10.20.
Goldfaden MD Radical Difference. Another one I haven’t tried but I like skincare things. This one is a Serum but it’s strange. It comes out like a gel and applies like it’s a face wash cause it’s almost a sticky texture. However, it’s not though I check several times to make sure I didn’t read it wrong. I apply it after washing my face then usually waits a couple of minutes to let it soak in. It doens’t dry out my face completely but it feels like it. I can apply my other product without any issues. My skin does get a little glow and overall it’s a good product. I just don’t think I would buy it again.
This one is $80 for a 1 fl oz container.
Memoire Archives Destination Unknown. Another brand I haven’t heard of. This one is a perfume which is nice since I’ve not gotten one in a bag in a while. This one is lovely. It’s a sweet, warm scent, that isn’t too overpowerful The description on the side of the box says it’s inspired by a freeing moment. Which is accurate and the scent definitely conveys that perfectly. I really like this one and would buy a bottle of it.
This one is $60 for a 3.4fl oz bottle.
